Warren Harding is known as the 29th president of the United States. He became head of the office starting from the year 1921, to that of 1923. James Cox, a democrat, and the then governor of Ohio became a presidential candidate. Franklin Roosevelt was still the former assistant secretary. This was directed towards the Navy.
